Terms & Conditions for Rite of Passage Coaching

By enrolling in our courses, accessing our websites, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our courses and content only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials is strictly prohibited.

All payments for courses and services must be made through our authorized payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, SamCart).
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. No refunds are provided, unless otherwise stated in advertising and/or during the checkout process.
4. Course Access
When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course for your personal use only.
Unless otherwise stated, course access is granted for the lifetime of the course as long as it is offered on its selected platform, such as Thinkific.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be shared.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the course or service at issue.
